BATHROOM GROUP PLANTS

Fatinoğlu Holding has celebrated its 22nd years this year. It is composed of three main groups which are bathtubs, heating systems and retail stores. SANICA BANYO A.Ş. founded in 1987 is the first acrylic bath tub manufacturer in Turkey. Sanica Banyo A.Ş. manufactures acrylic bath tubs, compact systems and shower cabins. All the by-products of Sanica bath tubs are manufactured within the Sanica premises. Sanica Banyo is a prominent brand and one of the largest bath tub producers in the world. Sanica bathroom plant is established on 40.000 m² indoor space, operating on 24 hour a-day basis having 480.000 production yearly capacities.

SANICA offers a variety of products with more than 200 modern designs. Sanica also provides a complete product range including tempered glass cabins specially made to measure for their selection of bathtubs. In-wall flush cisterns are produced in Italy, are connected with plastic and metal parts manufactured by SANICA. In-wall flush cisterns are offered with metal, white ABS, matte chromium and glossy chromium plates which comply with TÜV CERT, DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN 19542 DIN 4109, NF, KIWA quality standards. The manufacturing of moulded in-wall flush cisterns set to start in March 2009 within the Sanica premises. We are targeting the world markets with this new product.

PANEL RADIATOR PLANTS

SANICA ISI SAN.A.Ş, was established in 2003 when panel radiator plant and assembly line of FINIMETAL company, one of the three biggest heating groups of Europe, located in the city of Changy in France was purchased. Sanica continues its production in 18.000 m² indoor space on 32.000 m² land in Kavaklı, Istanbul. Sanica Isı has increased its production capacity for 100 % after purchasing its second complete automatic assembly line in 2007. The company exports 60% of its production. In theory the capacity is 1.500.000 meter, and 800.000 meter in practice.

HEATING GROUP PLANTS

Sanica gas boilers custom manufactured in Italy were introduced to the market for the first time in 2005. Sanica started its own production in its 5000 m²Istanbul Kavaklı plant in 2005. The gas boilers are all designed by Turkish engineers, and currently Sanica has two models called COMBO S and SUPERCOMBO S.

ENERGY HEATING STORE

Fatinoğlu Holding has stepped into the retail store sector by established the ENERGY HEATING STORE in Istanbul, Avcılar -Haramidere E-5 area in 2006. The Energy Heating Store is established with the purpose of heating and air conditioning systems as well as installation products and hardware sales.

ACRYLIC SHEETS PLANT

Acrylic sheet is the main raw material for acrylic bath tubs. The production of sheets started under the acrylic brand name FAPS with an investment in 2008. The establishment for the production is built on an area of 6.000 m ².
